Cathy holds an Honours Co-op Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in Operations Research and Computer Science and has eighteen (18) combined years of information technology related experience within the municipal government, provincial government, private and not-for-profit sectors. Driven by effectiveness and focused on efficiency, Cathy is backed by highly developed business communication skills and logical organizational skills specializing in web design and development, business communications, technology policy research and development, standards development, development of service level agreements, project management and business application design and development. Cathy is currently earning a Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation.
